The Kämmerer Group corresponds to the requirements of the German data protection act (Germ. Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). Personal data, i. e. information, using which a person may be directly identified, or which permit such an identification, is not collected.

The website of the Kämmerer Group contains links to websites of other companies, to which this privacy policy does not apply.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis tool offered by Google, Inc. (Google).
Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your computer, which permit an analysis concerning the way you use this website. Information about the scope of your use of the site, generated by the 'cookie', are usually transferred to a server in the United States and stored there.

The Kämmerer Group allows interested persons to contact us per e-mail, phone or per post. In this case, personal data is collected in order to draw up a reply.
Naturally, the Group website may also be viewed without the use of cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. One can prevent the storage of cookies on your hard drive by selecting in the browser settings something like 'Reject all cookies' (or something to that effect). The cookies that are collected on your computer may be removed at any time. If you do not accept cookies, then this may lead to functionality limitations in our offers.
The transfer of personal data to third parties or any sort of use exceeding the processing of a reply does not take place. If it would be necessary to transfer such information to third parties in course of processing of the request or query, then the consent of the asker is considered to have been given.
We particularly stress that you data shall not be used for advertising purposes.

Per par. 4 g of the German data protection act, the data protection officer needs to provide, upon request, the data set forth in par. 4 e of the above indicated act in an appropriate manner. We hereby comply with this requirement directly, thus making the individual request by you unnecessary.

The main goal of the collection, processing or use of personal data is the processing, management and care of customer orders in the areas of:
engineering services, training and like activities in course of contract awarding
Additional goals of collection, processing or use of personal data are management of personnel, suppliers and customers.

5. Description of relevant personal groups and the relevant data and data categories
In order to comply with the statement of goals indicated under item 4, personal data is collected, processed and used for the following groups:
Customer data (address and contract data)
Personal data used for the management of staff and external data of contractual partners (address and contract data)
Supplier data (address and contract data)

6. Recipients or categories of recipients, to whom data may be transferred:
- public authorities collecting data based on statutory provisions (i. e. social insurance institutions, official authorities)
Internal entities participating in the execution of specific processes inside the company (personnel management, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing, sales, telecommunications and IT)
External bodies participating in the execution pf business processes (business process partners indicated under item 4)
External contractors per par. 11 of the German data protection act
I. e. banks (wage payments, cash flow in course of business processes indicated under item 4)

7. Ordinary data removal deadlines:
Upon expiry of a relevant, statutory storage time for data, the relevant data is routinely deleted, as long as it is not required for contract execution any more. Data not covered by statutory storage obligations is deleted as soon as the goals indicated under item 4 cease.

8. Planned data transfer to third party states
No transfers of data to third party states is planned.

Warranty exclusion:
The information, data and content are subject to continued control, and are updated in real time. Despite our utmost care, data might change in the meantime. In this way, we may not take any responsibility or warranty covering the correctness, completeness and currency.

Data:
The safety of all data transferred to us via the Internet may not be guaranteed. However, the warranty persists that transferred data is used and processed ony with the relevant goal in mind, according to a description from the German personal data protection act.
