The Kämmerer Group corresponds to the requirements of the German data protection act (Germ. Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). Personal data, i. e. information, using which a person may be directly identified, or which permit such an identification, is not collected.

7. Ordinary data removal deadlines:
Upon expiry of a relevant, statutory storage time for data, the relevant data is routinely deleted, as long as it is not required for contract execution any more. Data not covered by statutory storage obligations is deleted as soon as the goals indicated under item 4 cease.
8. Planned data transfer to third party states
No transfers of data to third party states is planned.
